Due to a number of impatient customers demanding reponse
1. SAMPUBCO will NOT respond to acknowledge any order as long as nothing is wrong with the order.
2. The processing time is 30 days or less, unless there's special circumstances interferring with the processing (out of toner, illness- the company is ONE PERSON doing all work, customers/clients in town from out of state - yes time to time.)

1. Price
All customers with no earned credits, both new and repeated
Scanned Copy - send by Email only
$7.00 if paid through PayPal (Limit 6 records per order)
$8.00 if paid by check (Limit 6 records per order)
Notice - Effective January 26, 2009, the price is 11.00 and 12.00 respectively
Paper Copy - send by mail
$11.00 if paid through PayPal
$12.00 if paid by check.The entries marked with three (3) asteriks (***) immediately after a name, they cost
$40.00 (paper copy to be mailed first class)
$25.00 (scanned copy - to be emailed)
because they are over 20 pages long.
Four (4) asterisks (****), please contact me for price quote (they're over 40 or more pages long.)
Average number of pages is usually less than 8.You get copy of record in 8x11 size, and the poor originals will be in 11x17 size. Entries with 3 asterisks, are $40.00. Entries with 4 asterisks, please contact for more information because they are over 40+ pages long.Please note: Surrogate File System which is different from the volume system used by many states, has different price structure. Additional information is at Order Form page.Paper Copies are mailed FIRST CLASS and YOU will be responsible to transcribe your copies..
The orders of 7 or more will NOT be accepted and will be returned uncashed.Orders processed on Fridays are mailed Monday (or first day after the holiday).
3. Wills Posted & Statistics
Company Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, President Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, July 24th (Pioneer Day, only in Utah), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Nov 11th (Veterans Day), Thanksgiving (4th Thursday of November), Christmas Day. Any holiday falling on Sunday is usually declared holiday the following Monday.
To date at least since 24 April 1998: over 21,000 wills were mailed.
The number of wills that are linked are no longer being tabbed here. They are now listed on each state listing of counties, with linked numbers in each appropriate county.

All orders are in locked batch processing in chronological order. You will be notified when it is on the way, by email. "30 days" begins when orders are received the day, NOT when you send - due to variations in mail delivery which is anywhere from 3 days to 6 days from you to Salt Lake City. The orders are processed within 30 days unless there's special circumstances interferring with the processing (out of toner, illness- the company is ONE PERSON doing all work, customers/clients in town from out of state - yes time to time.)
Do not delete the message "SAMPUBCO order on way to you - don't delete!" It contains further instructions what to do when you receive your order. If you do not hear from us, your order is ok, otherwise if something is wrong with your order, you will be emailed concerning the problem(s) with your order.
6. Problems Noted:
1. Altered information
different from the information as given on the page.
2. Incomplete information
part of information as given on the page were omitted
3. Fee Assessed
Errors in orders had been noted again - reason - the Order instructions were NOT followed! Penalty fee rule is $5.00 PER will record in error (Effective May 1, 2001)(that includes leaving out "County of Record")
4. Attempts to order something SAMPUBCO does not have. Fee is charged at $5.00 or 20 percent which ever is greater and the rest of amount is refunded.
7. Missing Email Addresses
Some of you did not bother to include your email addresses on your orders, making it difficult for me to notify you when your orders are on way. Also incomplete or insufficient information on RW message boards making it difficult to give proper credit for ordering more records.
8. Quality & Size of Paper Copies?:
Paper copies are of laser quality rather than xerox quality. When in doubt, only best print possible is sent. Xerox quality produce halo effect and darker no-contrast background. The photoscopy size is 11x17 for ease of readability, per page to assist in transcribing and posting. The copies are from the microfilmed records at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. (Metric size is (11x17) 27.94 cm x 43.18 cm).Here's the trick to read the darkened part of papercopies... get a reading lamp with fluorescent bulb. The lighting from fluorescent bulb is different from usual incandescent bulbs (the normal bulbs.)
9. Reporting Errors and Broken Links

The Company reserves the right of refusal to accept any order or part thereof in case due to any record that had already been transcribed and posted elsewhere. The credit as the result of such refusal shall be applied toward future orders.The Company reserves the right to reject any order accompanied by money orders or checks NOT printed in US Dollars as issued by foreign banks. The orders will be accepted if the money orders or checks are issued by the foreign banks with US bank affiliates printed on these checks.
11. Cancellation Policy
