A serious problem is showing up on the filled order forms. "County of Record" is frequently omitted. It is absolutely needed to be listed on the form as required. The "County of Record" is always listed at top of the index list pages.
For Example:
"Steuben County, New York Will Testators" = the county of record is Steuben.
And if emailing - do NOT send as a photo attachment or in form of PDF. There will be $5.00 extra charge
added. Please save the order form in your computer, as plain text (ASCII) and use it
as attachment instead.
