PayPal

Payments are made through PayPal. You need to do the following steps before payment and order is finalized.

When you fill the PayPal payment information, please put "SAMPUBCO" in "subject" box.

Netscape users | Internet Explorer (IE-MSN) users | Standard mail |

1. Click here for the Order form

Netscape:
a. Click "File" in upper left corner
b. Click "Save As"
c. Name "orderform.txt" (you must change from .htm to .txt)
d. Remember where this order form is located in your computer!
e. Open your word processing software (MS Word, WordPerfect or similiar)
f. Click on "File, Open" and browse to where you put the orderform file you just saved.
g. Open the file ... edit the file
h. Edit the file ... fill in the order in your computer as instructed onsite and by the form.
i. Save the file ... close the file
i. Attach the order as an attachment to your email.
j. Send to me at dsam52 at sampubco dot com (do NOT use this particular email for inquiries, it is set up for emailing orders only. Inquires email contact is at bottom of this page.

Internet Explorer (MSN browser):
a. Click "File" in upper left corner
b. Click "Save As"
c. Name "OrderForm.txt" (you must change from .htm to .txt, and remove empty space between "Order" and "Form"
d. Remember where this order form is located in your computer!
e. Open your word processing software (MS Word, WordPerfect or similiar)
f. Click on "File, Open" and browse to where you put the orderform file you just saved.
g. Open the file ... edit the file
h. Edith the file ... fill in the order in your computer as instructed onsite and by the form.
i. Save the file ... close the file
i. Attach the order as an attachment to your email.

Alternative method (standard Paper/Snail mail):
1. Print out the order form.
2. fill out as usual.
3. Mail the order. Notify on the order form that the payment is through PayPal. Be sure to do this. Failure to do so will leave the order unfilled.
4. Notify me by email that order had been made dsam52 at sampubco dot com (do NOT use this particular email for inquires, it is set up for notification only.) Inquiries email contact is at bottom of this page.

2. Go to the PayPal site. Only the following credit cards are accepted: The link which is inside the logo box below, will take you to the page which give further instructions on how to make payment for the order. I will NOT see your credit card #s at all. Only between you and the PayPal. I will be notified of payment when you make it.

VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (there is a restriction on certain American Express cards, imposed by the American Express)

Please use this address: dsam52 at sampubco dot com - when asked by PayPal to send amount due of $ TO: (click on the logo)

You will be contacted if there is a problem with your order. Otherwise it is 30 days maximum turnaround unless there's a notice to the contrary.
