Effective IMMEDIATELY! No orders without email addresses listed will be accepted. They will be destroyed and no acknowledgement of such orders will be provided. The requirement is imposed to protect the safety of your mail. You are notified by email when your order is on way to you. Please make sure you do not forget to list your email address on your order.
TAKE EXTREME CARE WHEN COPYING THE LINE INFORMATION. VERIFY THE INFORMATION.
Processing time is normally 2 weeks to 6 weeks turnaround
from the DAY the order is received, not the day the order was
mailed.

You get a photocopy of letter testamentary record including any attached proceedings. Not a mere transcription, not a mere index information.
Scanned Copy - send by Email

per letter testamentary record and they will be mailed/emailed to you. It is your responsibility to transcribe them and send to me to be deposited in the USGenWeb Archives and/or to send to the local county sites or state file managers as appropriate.
The format of the letters of testamentary (they are issued to authorize the executors/executrixes of the will)
Column 1: Name of deceased leaving a will
Column 2: Place of Residence (NTL = no township listed)
Column 3: state #, county #, volume # and page #
1. Search for the county you want.
2. Click on the appropriate
alphabetical groupings.
3. Copy the entire line carefully and exact. It is
mandatory
4. Write down the name of the county and the state, it is
mandatory
NOTICE: proof-check your information to be accurate and same on the site before mailing
in.
5. Make out the check to SAMPUBCO.
