4. Attempts to order something SAMPUBCO does not have. Fee is charged at $5.00 or 20 percent which ever is greater and the rest of amount is refunded.

7. Quality & Size of Paper Copies?:
Paper copies are of laser quality rather than xerox quality. When in doubt, only best print possible is sent. Xerox quality produce halo effect and darker no-contrast background. Due to advances in printer technology quality, it is now possible to print in 8x11 standard size first.(they brought in new 8x11 printers). If it is not possible, then the size is 11x17 for ease of readability, per page to assist in transcribing and posting. With 8x11's you will be able to preserve copies in standard top-loading sheet protectors. The copies are from the microfilmed records at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. (Metric size is (8x11) 20.32cm x 29.21cm, (11x17) 27.94 cm x 43.18 cm).

8. Reporting Errors

9. Right of Refusal
The Company reserves the right of refusal to accept any order or part thereof in case due to any record that had already been transcribed and posted elsewhere. The credit as the result of such refusal shall be applied toward future orders.

10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order(s) and refund(s) will be done with a deduction of the fee of 20 percent of the order's value.
