Payment Methods:
1) Check
Check payable to SAMPUBCO - please do NOT staple the checks or tape the check to the orders. Please NO SASEs. Orders accepted from other countries, as long as the "checks" and "money orders" are in US Dollars (not handwritten.)

Please do NOT STAPLE the check to the order! The banks don't like it, interferring with their processing.

2) PayPal
If you have your own paypal account,
a) Email the filled order to dsam52 at sampubco dot com (change at to @ and change dot to .)
b) Go to your paypal account, "Send to dsam52 at sampubco dot com"
c) Type subject line - SAMPUBCO order, enter amount due.
d) Do NOT paste your order IN the PayPal payment form.
d) You will be contacted IF there is something wrong with the order.

3) Credit Card
(I do not do any processing at all - the PayPal does all that work without me even seeing any credit card numbers)
a) email the filled order to dsam52 at sampubco dot com
b) You will receive a Email Invoice message notice. (If there is something wrong, you will receive a message before the invoice)
c) click on the link provided in your copy of invoice. Pay the amount due.

No orders without email addresses listed will be accepted. They will be destroyed and no acknowledgement of such orders will be provided. The requirement is imposed to protect the safety of your mail. You will be notified by email when your order is on way to you. Please make sure you do not forget to list your email address on your order. Concerned about sale of email addresses? - click here.

Please do not send me any files with ".doc" extension. Save the order form as plain text, or ASCII and send it. I have spam-killing filters, catching those ones and kill them, no matter how you try.

NOTE: (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)

Frequent Mistakes:
1. Line item not completely copied.
2. Wrong numbers
3. Missing names of counties where the wills were filed.
4. Missing names of states. (some states has same county names or county/volume numbers).
5. Wrong (short) amount of $ enclosed. (number of orders will be reduced).

PLEASE READ THE ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS. I have too many orders with no "County of Record" listed lately. Please list it.

By the way the single (or old double asterisks) in the column for "Place of Residence" = no twp listed (ntl), city or village was recorded in the will or proceedings. Please copy exact as such. The latest additions & updates are showing "NTL".

I will appreciate very much that you read and follow the instructions carefully.
