2. What are in the records?
Depending on the age of the minors,
1. If under 14 years of age, mother is usually listed more often than father as the petitioner. Father is usually listed as deceased. Birth date is listed in most cases.
2. If between 14 and 21 years of age, the minor is the petitioner. Age of last or next birthdate is listed. Usually father is listed as deceased.
3. In some cases, married minors are listed, if under age 21 when husband dies.
4. In some cases, it is the matter of grandparents leaving some kind of inheritance to their grandchildren who are minors. Such cases, the petitions are required.

The number of wills that are linked are no longer being tabbed here for a while. They are now listed in the Volume Lists, below the list of volumes.

1. Altered information
different from the information as given on the page.
2. Incomplete information
part of information as given on the page were omitted
3. Fee Assessed
Errors in orders had been noted again - reason - the Order instructions were NOT followed! Penalty fee rule is $1.00 PER will record in error (Effective May 1, 2001)

7. Missing Email Addresses
Some of you did not bother to include your email addresses on your orders, making it difficult for me to notify you when your orders are on way.

8. Quality of Paper Copies?:
Paper copies are of laser quality rather than xerox quality. Xerox quality produce halo effect and darker no-contrast background. And the size is 11x17 for ease of readability, per page to assist in transcribing and posting. The copies are from the microfilmed records at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City.

9. Reporting Errors
Please report any site problems and errors and requests for clarification or suggestions to dsam@sampubco.com
10. Right of Refusal
The Company reserves the right of refusal to accept any order or part thereof in case due to any record that had already been transcribed and posted elsewhere. The credit as the result of such refusal shall be applied toward future orders.

11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order(s) and refund(s) will be done with a deduction of the fee of 20 percent of the order's value.
